1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal gaming account you create on leci23 after completing registration and identity verification.

2. Agreement Acceptance

leci23 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To create an account on leci23, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

4.2 KYC Verification

All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. You will be required to upload:

• A clear, color copy of your national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last 3 months.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify leci23 support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

leci23 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. leci23 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard transfer fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typical processing times:

• BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri: Instant during banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB), up to 3 hours off-hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO / DANA / GoPay): Instant, subject to wallet provider availability.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

leci23 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if:

• Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are expired.
• You have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.
• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

leci23 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash (e.g., 30× means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets).
• Validity Period: The time limit within which wagering requirements must be met (typically 7–30 days).
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum qualifying deposit to activate a bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

leci23 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using risk-free betting strategies (e.g., betting on all possible outcomes) to clear wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by leci23. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly if:

• The bet is placed on an event that has already started or concluded (unless explicitly labeled as live betting).
• The bet amount exceeds our maximum stake limits for that market.
• We suspect the bet is part of a coordinated attack, arbitrage strategy, or other form of advantage play.
• Technical errors or obvious mistakes have occurred in odds pricing.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Togel (lottery) results are settled according to the official draw announced by the authorized lottery operator.

In the event of a dispute, leci23's decision is final. However, you may escalate unresolved complaints to our independent compliance officer as outlined in Section 13.

7.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded if:

• A sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or cancelled.
• A participant withdraws before the start of an event.
• A technical error results in incorrect odds being offered.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on leci23 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, fabricated identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournaments, or promotional offers.
• Hacking: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt leci23 systems, databases, or software.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or play games.
• Money Laundering: Using leci23 to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access your account.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by leci23

leci23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or illegal activity. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to compensation.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. 9.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified bank account or e-wallet after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

leci23 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Accuracy of odds, game results, or statistical information.
• Third-party payment processor availability or processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, leci23 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or software errors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activities.

In no event shall leci23's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which leci23 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved through the following process:
